Bravenewmedia.org ("Bravenewmedia.org," "we" or "us") provides many online services and products to its users on the website currently located at www.Bravenewmedia.org and its newsletters (collectively known as (the "Site"). Bravenewmedia.org Registration
In order to use certain products and services on the Site, a user must first become a Bravenewmedia.org member ("Member") by completing our member registration form. During registration you are required to give information such as your name, e-mail address, zip code, and birth date.

Your Profile
The information from your registration will automatically become incorporated into "Your Profile." In the "Your Profile" section of the Site, you have the option to provide further information about yourself, such as your interests, organizations and affiliations, and a written statement of your beliefs. Whenever you make a posting to a message board, your profile information is available to users on the Site to view.

Optional Surveys
You may have the opportunity to participate in a number of surveys on the Site. A pop-up survey may appear when you leave the Web Services (defined below) sign-up area on the Site in which you will be asked to provide feedback on our current service. Also, in connection with your registration, users and Members may elect to participate in surveys (by checking the appropriate box) in which you will be asked to provide information such as your income level and education. We encourage you to complete surveys so that we can provide you with a more personalized experience on the Site.

Tell-A-Friend
If you elect to use the "Tell-A-Friend" referral service on the optional survey for informing your friend(s) about the Site, we ask for your friend's name(s) and e-mail address(es). Bravenewmedia.org will automatically send a one-time e-mail inviting your friend(s) to visit the Site. We will store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail.

Bravenewmedia.org Shopping and Bravenewmedia.org Classifieds
When you make a purchase in either Bravenewmedia.org Shopping or Bravenewmedia.org Classifieds, we request information from you such as name and shipping address, as well as financial information including a credit card number and an expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order. If we have trouble processing your order, we will use this information to contact you.
In regards to Bravenewmedia.org Shopping the sale and fulfillment of items is handled by various third party merchants. Please note that when you provide information to the Site in connection with the purchase of anything from the Site, you are also providing such information to the respective third party merchant. Bravenewmedia.org is not responsible for the information collection or privacy practices of each third party merchant. Special Offers/Contests
Occasionally, Bravenewmedia.org may send Members information on special Member-only offers, Site updates, Bravenewmedia.org Store specials and contests. Bravenewmedia.org presents the option to not receive these types of communications and to opt out of participating in any contest. We will not share your contest information with any third party, except in aggregate form. In addition, if and when we sponsor contests or other promotions, or third parties sponsor such promotions in conjunction with us, either we or the third party will post relevant privacy information in the official rules and/or registration area for the sweepstakes or promotion. That privacy information, to the extent it conflicts with this Policy, will govern that particular contest-please remember to read it carefully.

Message Board and Chats
We provide a message board and chats on the Site for discussing topics relating to spirituality. Although any visitor may read postings on a message board or in a chat, only Members may make posts. Please note that information you post to a message board or chat, including your profile information, will be available for any user of that service to read, and is therefore no longer private. Bravenewmedia.org owns the rights to publish message board posts in other formats.

Cookies
In our effort to provide you with services customized to your interests, we use "cookies" to assist in the collection of information. A cookie is a small data file containing information such as a user's login name that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. Please keep in mind that whenever you participate in an online message board, chat room or other forum or public area on the Site you provide information that can be collected and used by others that you do not know for the purpose of distributing unsolicited communications. Bravenewmedia.org cannot guarantee the security of such information that you disclose online in public areas on the Site and Members and other users do so at their own risk.

Security
The Site uses reasonable security methods to protect the data that resides on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable. Bravenewmedia.org cannot warrant or guarantee the security of its servers, nor can it guarantee that information that Members supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to Bravenewmedia.org over the Internet. When our registration/order form asks users to enter credit card numbers, that information is encrypted.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if you no longer desire our service, we allow you to correct, update or remove the personal data that you provided. This can be done at the "Your Profile" page by clicking on the "Edit Your Profile" button. Keep in mind, however, that there will be residual information that will remain within Bravenewmedia.org's databases, access logs, and other records, which may or may not contain such personally identifiable information.
